1. About Us

FareValueFlights.com is an independent, USA-based travel agency that helps customers compare and reserve airline tickets through global distribution systems (GDS), consolidators, and third-party suppliers. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any airline carrier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By booking with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings made through FareValueFlights.com are subject to availability, the operating airline's fare rules, and confirmation. Fares displayed on our website or quoted by our agents are indicative until the booking is fully confirmed, ticketed, and payment is processed.

• Once a booking is confirmed and ticketed, you will receive a confirmation by email containing your itinerary, e-ticket numbers, and booking reference (PNR).
• It is your responsibility to verify that all passenger names (matching your government-issued photo ID or passport exactly), travel dates, airports, and other details are correct.
• Any errors must be reported to us within 4 hours of receiving the confirmation by calling (888) 339-9147. Name corrections after ticketing may not be possible or may incur fees set by the airline.

4. Pricing, Service Fees and Payment

Ticket prices are determined by the airline and may change without notice based on availability, fare class, route, season, and time of booking. In addition to the airline fare, FareValueFlights.com may charge a service fee for assisted booking, fare research, post-booking support, and 24/7 customer service. All applicable charges will be disclosed before you authorize payment.

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize FareValueFlights.com and/or its payment processor to charge the total amount displayed.
• You agree not to dispute or chargeback any authorized payment without first contacting us to resolve the matter.
• Some fares require immediate ticketing, which means the booking is non-refundable as soon as payment is processed.

5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Change and cancellation rules are set by the operating airline and the specific fare class you have booked. Some tickets are fully refundable, some are partially refundable with a fee, and some are completely non-refundable. Service fees charged by FareValueFlights.com are generally non-refundable. 6. Travel Documents, Identification and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all passengers carry valid government-issued photo identification, a valid passport (for international travel), visas, and any other documents required by the airline, destination country, or applicable authorities. FareValueFlights.com is not responsible for denial of boarding, deportation, or any travel disruption resulting from missing or invalid documentation, vaccination requirements, or other entry/exit rules.

7. Baggage, Seats and Ancillary Fees

Checked baggage allowances, carry-on rules, seat selection fees, and other ancillary charges are set by the operating airline and are not included in the base fare unless explicitly stated. You may be required to pay these fees directly to the airline at check-in.

8. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Submitting false or fraudulent booking or payment information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, server, or related systems.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data, fares, or content from the website.
• Speculative, abusive, or fraudulent reservations of any kind.
• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FareValueFlights.com — including text, logos, graphics, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to FareValueFlights.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks (including airline names and logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

10. Third-Party Carriers and Suppliers

FareValueFlights.com acts as an intermediary between you and the airline (or other supplier). The actual transportation services are provided by the airline, and those services are subject to the airline's own terms and conditions, including its Conditions of Carriage. FareValueFlights.com is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost or damaged baggage, schedule changes, equipment changes, denied boarding, or any other issues that occur during your travel.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FareValueFlights.com, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the service fees you paid to FareValueFlights.com for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FareValueFlights.com and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FareValueFlights.com is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the United States.
